- • The Business Lead & Relationship Manager at TIH Insurance Services, LLC is responsible for identifying internal and external strategic issues and opportunities that could affect the organization’s growth and profitability, playing a key role in shaping long-term business direction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, evaluating and financial modeling of potential mergers, acquisitions, divestments, partnerships, and joint ventures; monitoring business trends and competitive intelligence; developing optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing strategies, and new product development plans; negotiating strategic partnerships; and prioritizing and tracking investments across new product initiatives.
- • The role involves managing projects and processes independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals, and addressing complex problems that require advanced judgment and expertise.
- • The position supports leadership in establishing strategic direction and objectives, develops long-term strategic and business development plans, analyzes industry and market trends to inform segment-specific strategies, and may assess metrics to gauge the success of new strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, or partnership management.
- • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience evaluating investment opportunities and assessing market trends.
- • Ability to manage complex projects independently with limited supervision and coach junior team members.
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for developing and securing strategic partnerships.
- • Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related industry is a plus.
