- • As Business Operations at Rilla Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling one of the fastest-growing startups by designing and implementing the operational frameworks that enable rapid, sustainable growth across engineering, product, sales, and go-to-market teams. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to maintain its 20% month-over-month growth trajectory while supporting Fortune 500 clients and maintaining industry-leading metrics like NRR above 150% and NPS higher than the iPhone’s.
- • You will partner closely with leadership to identify inefficiencies, dismantle broken processes, and build scalable systems from the ground up — turning manual, ad-hoc workflows into automated, repeatable operations that empower teams to perform at peak efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will embed yourself within cross-functional teams to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and bottlenecks, then design and implement solutions ranging from process documentation and tooling to KPI tracking and access management systems.
- • You will implement and manage critical operational tools including CRMs, dashboards, and workflow automation platforms, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with company objectives while reducing manual effort and error rates.
- • You will monitor and analyze operational KPIs and metrics across departments, identify trends and inefficiencies, and partner with stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven improvement initiatives that enhance company-wide productivity and scalability.
- • You will oversee system access management, including granting, modifying, and revoking permissions in alignment with security best practices and role-based needs, ensuring compliance and operational integrity as the organization scales.
- • You will collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and GTM teams to translate ambiguous, high-stakes challenges into structured action plans, executing with speed, rigor, and ownership — whether leading strategic initiatives or diving into detailed execution.
- • You will thrive in a high-expectations, fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly, demonstrating extreme focus, ownership, and a low-ego mindset while contributing to Rilla’s mission of building a generational company in the conversation intelligence space.
- • You will grow alongside some of the sharpest operators in the industry, learning from leaders backed by top-tier investors like Google Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners, and gaining hands-on experience in scaling a Cloud 100 Rising Star startup from early-stage to market leader.
- • You will develop mastery in operational excellence, process design, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership — building a versatile skill set that combines strategic thinking with tactical execution in a real-world, high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, finance, or other analytical/strategy-focused roles
- • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with mastery of Excel/Sheets for complex modeling and data analysis
- • Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure logical approaches, and execute solutions with speed, rigor, and high ownership
