- • As a Fulfilment Operations Associate at Deel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of physical products to customers worldwide, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable seamless global work through reliable logistics and supply chain execution.
- • You will contribute to Deel’s rapid scaling by maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced, startup environment where your hands-on efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and the company’s ability to scale its global HR and payroll infrastructure.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with the wider order operations team to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, with meticulous attention to detail to prevent delays or errors in fulfillment.
- • You will prepare products for dispatch by performing picking, packing, labeling, and staging tasks according to standard operating procedures, ensuring all items are correctly assembled and ready for carrier pickup.
- • You will maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting, stock-takes, and reconciliation activities, helping to minimize discrepancies and support efficient warehouse operations.
- • You will have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects and sprints aimed at increasing fulfillment capacity, improving process scalability, and optimizing workflows as Deel expands its global operations.
- • You will engage in hands-on startup operations tasks such as receiving shipments, organizing warehouse space, supporting returns processing, and adapting to evolving priorities as the business grows.
- • You will be expected to embrace an "all hands on deck" mindset, stepping in to support urgent operational needs during peak periods or special initiatives, reflecting Deel’s agile and collaborative culture.
- • You will work within a diverse, globally distributed team of over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries, contributing to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and inclusion that drives Deel’s success as a leader in the future of work.
- • You will gain valuable experience in end-to-end fulfillment operations within a high-growth SaaS company, developing skills in inventory management, process improvement, and operational scalability that are transferable across logistics, supply chain, and operations roles.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow into new roles as Deel scales, with potential pathways into team lead, process specialist, or operations management positions based on performance and initiative.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics environment.
- • Motivated, fast learner with a strong willingness to contribute across multiple areas in a dynamic startup setting.
- • Strong interest in learning how to build and scale a growing business, particularly in the context of global HR and payroll technology.
- • Experience in IT fulfillment is considered a plus but not required.
