📋 Description

• • The Tooling Program Manager will own and scale Clipboard Health's internal automation and AI tooling portfolio, defining the roadmap and driving delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives to improve agent efficiency and support operational scalability.
• • Day to day, the role involves translating ambiguous operational problems into scalable systems-level solutions, managing end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from discovery through launch, setting high execution standards, and resolving cross-functional friction between Ops, Engineering, and Product teams.
• • Clipboard Health is a fast-growing, profitable Series C marketplace with a global remote team of 1,000+ people, focused on lifting professionals up the socioeconomic ladder through its on-demand shift marketplace in Long Term Care and expanding verticals like Dental and Home Health.
