- • The Junior Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee and optimize customer service operations, fulfillment coordination, and operational systems across a rapidly growing ecommerce company, playing a critical role in scaling infrastructure for long-term growth.
- • Day to day, the person will execute customer service functions across email and chat, manage escalations, coordinate with 3PL and fulfillment partners, optimize operational systems like Gorgias and Sticky.io, improve workflows for orders and returns, and support hiring and onboarding of future team members.
- • The team operates within a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce company in the wellness space, managing multiple CPG brands with a focus on customer experience, fulfillment, marketing, and backend systems, and is seeking a detail-oriented operator to streamline and scale operations.
- • In this role, the person can learn to build scalable operational processes, implement AI-enabled automation, lead operational improvements across customer service and fulfillment, and gain end-to-end ownership of ecommerce operations in a high-performance startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in operations, ecommerce operations, customer experience operations, or support operations
- • Previous experience within a DTC or CPG ecommerce company strongly preferred
- • Experience managing operational workflows across customer service and fulfillment functions
- • Strong operational and systems-thinking abilities
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills
- • Extremely detail-oriented and operationally minded
