  • • As a Business Operations - Lead Analyst at FICO, you will partner with regional Sales leadership to drive growth and operational excellence across North America, supporting a high-performing sales organization through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
  • • Your day-to-day will include managing pipeline and forecasting, preparing executive presentations, driving sales enablement programs, supporting territory planning and deal approvals, leading cross-functional projects, and implementing AI-enabled process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • • You will join FICO’s Business Operations team, a central hub that aligns sales strategy with execution, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Professional Services to ensure operational rigor and accountability in a fast-moving, inclusive environment.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in sales operations, strategic analytics, and project management while gaining exposure to enterprise SaaS dynamics, AI-enabled tools, and senior leadership communication — positioning you for long-term impact and career growth within a global analytics leader.
