📋 Description

• • As a Business Operations Specialist at Wisp, you will serve as the operational backbone for new product development and launch, owning the technical build, eligibility configuration, and end-to-end testing that brings new offerings to patients.
• • You will own the end-to-end operational build for new product launches, serve as the primary E2E tester, maintain pharmacy eligibility logic, lead cross-functional projects, analyze operational and user behavior data, build financial models, partner across teams, and design scalable workflows to support business growth.
• • Wisp is a growing, fully-remote team in the United States on a mission to put healthcare back in patients’ hands by connecting patients with hassle-free sexual + reproductive care online, having scaled quickly to serve patients nationwide and become part of the WELL Health family.
• • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of product launches, deepen your analytical and technical skills in tools like Looker, Amplitude, SQL, and Excel, build financial models, lead cross-functional initiatives, and grow your impact in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where you can shape how operations evolve and directly influence both business performance and patient experience.
