- • Serve as the executional backbone of myTomorrows by owning systems, governance, and processes that enable a fast-scaling healthtech company to operate with clarity and speed.
- • Report directly to the CEO’s Chief of Staff and partner closely with the extended leadership team to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all organizational levels.
- • Drive the company-wide OKR-setting process, including supporting departments in drafting OKRs and collecting input from cross-functional teams.
- • Collect, format, and update business data to support tracking of delivery metrics and KPIs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to leadership.
- • Analyze business delivery status and provide contextual insights on key changes, trends, and performance deviations to inform executive decision-making.
- • Map, document, and continuously improve governance processes to enhance efficiency, accountability, and scalability across departments.
- • Coordinate weekly alignment meetings for the extended leadership team, ensuring relevant content is prepared, shared, and acted upon.
- • Drive company-wide communications on business delivery, strategy progress, and key initiatives to maintain transparency and alignment.
- • Track, resolve, and formalize action items and decisions emerging from executive meetings, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
- • Manage day-to-day project management of company-wide initiatives, including supporting the rollout of AI adoption and other strategic priorities.
- • Support the Chief of Staff in addressing executive and strategic priorities, including drafting board-level updates and preparing materials for senior leadership.
- • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and market research to support strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.
- • Work closely with stakeholders across all seniority levels, from frontline teams to C-suite, to ensure alignment, resolve bottlenecks, and drive outcomes.
- • Maintain high standards for organizational rigor, turning ambiguous challenges into clear, executable plans with measurable outcomes.
- • Utilize advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling presentations and dashboards.
- • Operate with high ownership and independence, reliably driving issues to resolution without constant oversight.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth company)
- • Proven experience in project or program management
- • Strong synthesizer and communicator with ability to distill complex, multi-source information into clear outputs and indirectly influence stakeholders
- • High ownership and drive: reliable, rigorous, and relentlessly thorough in follow-through; trusted to run initiatives independently
- • Exceptional organizational ability: turn ambiguous problems into clear, executable plans
- • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
