• • The Business Performance Senior Director at Amgen plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation by leading technology-, data-, and AI-enabled initiatives that streamline critical end-to-end processes across Operations, R&D, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
• • Day to day, the role involves co-leading transformation initiatives with Business Leads and Digital Product Managers, shaping strategy and solution direction, engaging stakeholders through governance, defining business requirements for tech-enabled solutions, identifying and resolving issues, leading and coaching initiative teams, and ensuring alignment across workstreams to deliver measurable business value.
