- • Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume early career roles across People, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Storytelling teams at Notion.
- • Build and execute creative sourcing and outbound strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent, leveraging modern tools, channels, and AI-forward approaches to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- • Design and implement innovative candidate evaluation methods including custom prompts, work trials, and experimental assessments to move beyond traditional interview formats.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on talent standards, lead structured interview processes, and make data-informed hiring decisions.
- • Deliver a seamless, mission-driven candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring candidates clearly understand Notion’s vision and culture.
- • Continuously experiment with AI tools to automate administrative tasks, reduce toil, and accelerate recruitment workflows while championing AI adoption across the recruiting organization.
- • Act as a trusted talent advisor by learning from a high-performing recruiting team and evolving into a strategic partner who influences how Notion attracts, assesses, and hires top talent.
- • Proactively identify recruitment bottlenecks and drive solutions without waiting for direction, demonstrating high agency and ownership over outcomes.
- • Communicate clearly and consistently about progress, blockers, and insights, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and transparency throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring needs and market conditions, embracing unfamiliar challenges with a learner’s mindset and a focus on measurable results.
- • Use Notion and other productivity platforms to organize workflows, track pipelines, and document recruiting processes in a way that scales team knowledge and improves repeatability.
- • Contribute to shaping the future of recruiting at Notion by testing new methodologies, sharing learnings, and helping standardize best practices for AI-augmented talent acquisition.

- • Proven track record of execution in recruiting, sales, business development, growth, operations, or another role requiring proactive opportunity creation.
- • Learner’s mindset with a strong ability to seek feedback, adapt quickly, and thrive when tackling unfamiliar challenges.
- • AI Native: Genuine interest in AI technologies and demonstrated eagerness to use AI as a tool to automate workflows, reduce toil, and accelerate execution beyond personal use.

- • Competitive cash compensation with an estimated base salary range of $135,000 - $151,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco.
