- • Own the talent-sourcing engine: craft Boolean strings, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Wellfound, Slack communities, industry meetups, and targeted referral campaigns to surface passive A-players who are not yet on the market—building evergreen pipelines that reduce time-to-fill by 30%.
- • Deliver white-glove candidate experience: from first outreach through offer signature, you will design personalized messaging, schedule transparent interview loops, provide timely feedback, and act as a brand ambassador who showcases Peoplepath’s mission, culture, and remote-first flexibility.
- • Consult and coach hiring managers on market realities, compensation benchmarks, interview best practices, and inclusive evaluation criteria—translating vague headcount requests into crystal-clear job descriptions, scorecards, and sourcing strategies that close critical roles within 45 days.
- • Architect data-driven recruiting dashboards inside Greenhouse (or similar ATS) to track funnel metrics, source-of-hire ROI, diversity ratios, and offer-accept rates—presenting weekly insights to the VP People and executive team that influence budget, branding, and retention initiatives.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by partnering with ERGs, external affinity organizations, and university programs to ensure every slate reflects the markets we serve; implement structured interviews and bias-interrupting rubrics that raise under-represented talent conversion by 20%.
- • Lead employer-branding experiments: ghost-write LinkedIn posts, host virtual coffee chats, co-produce podcast episodes, and coordinate hackathons that position Peoplepath as the destination for mission-driven professionals solving real-world problems at global scale.
- • Iterate on onboarding playbooks so every new hire arrives day-one ready, with equipment shipped, accounts provisioned, and 30-60-90 plans aligned to OKRs—turning recruiting wins into immediate productivity gains and 90-day retention above 95%.
- • Stay razor-sharp on market intelligence—track macro labor trends, competitive salary moves, visa policy shifts, and remote-work regulations—feeding insights back to leadership so compensation bands, benefits, and policies remain best-in-class and legally compliant.
- • Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators through shadowing, mock interviews, and weekly skill-shares, cultivating an internal academy that multiplies team capacity and succession strength as Peoplepath doubles headcount year-over-year.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech, SaaS, or professional-services environment with proven success filling business roles (Sales, Marketing, Finance, G&A) in a remote-first setting.
- • Expert-level sourcing chops across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent-mapping, and creative outbound campaigns that generate consistent pipelines of passive candidates.
- • Demonstrated fluency with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS; ability to build custom reports, maintain data integrity, and train stakeholders on best practices.
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills—comfortable presenting to executives, negotiating complex offers, and writing compelling job content that converts.
- • Nice-to-have: experience closing roles with compensation ranges $150k–$400k, familiarity with EEOC, OFCCP, and state-specific compliance, SHRM-CP/PHR or AIRS certification.
