Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Architect and scale AI-driven customer lifecycle journeys including activation, churn prediction, and reactivation using predictive analytics, machine learning segments, and algorithmic send-time/channel optimization.
- • Own the end-to-end technical health of the CRM orchestration platform (Braze), leveraging advanced Liquid scripting, API webhooks, and Connected Content to pull dynamic, real-time data into automated workflows.
- • Partner directly with Data Science and AI Engineering teams to deploy proprietary propensity models (e.g., churn risk, next-best-action) into live CRM flows and map custom event schemas for accurate behavioral tracking.
- • Design and execute high-tempo, multi-touch experimentation frameworks focused on incrementality and downstream conversion lift, prioritizing business impact over surface-level metrics like open or click rates.
- • Act as the primary guardian of data hygiene and deliverability, proactively auditing API payload failures, broken event flows, and global sender reputation issues to ensure campaign reliability.
- • Build and maintain modular, scalable CRM architectures with clean naming conventions, well-documented webhook structures, and reusable logic to eliminate technical debt and support rapid iteration.
- • Translate behavioral data into dynamic user segments using predictive AI scoring and clustering, moving beyond static segmentation to intent-driven, real-time adaptive workflows.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement custom tracking events, interpret API documentation, and align data structures across marketing, product, and backend systems.
- • Optimize campaign performance by diagnosing root causes of underperformance—such as delayed triggers, malformed payloads, or missing event properties—through systematic data flow audits.
- • Utilize LLMs and AI prompt engineering techniques to generate dynamic, personalized content at scale within CRM communications, where applicable.
- • Transform disorganized or legacy CRM systems into clean, automated, and scalable architectures that support Almedia’s high-growth, data-first marketing strategy.
- • Operate in a fully in-office environment (5 days/week) in Berlin to maintain high-energy collaboration and momentum within a fast-paced, high-ownership team.
- • Balance long-term infrastructure development with immediate tactical wins in a rapidly evolving data framework environment, ensuring both scalability and agility.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep, hands-on experience with Braze (or similar enterprise CRM orchestration platforms), including complex Canvas building, advanced Liquid scripting, and API integrations via Connected Content.
- • Proven ability to leverage predictive AI scoring, dynamic user attributes, and behavioral clustering to power automated marketing workflows beyond static segmentation.
- • Strong systems thinking with the ability to read API documentation, write basic SQL, and collaborate with backend engineers to define custom event tracking and data structures.
- • Root-cause analytical mindset focused on auditing data flows, identifying payload failures, and troubleshooting broken event triggers in real-time CRM systems.
- • Experience optimizing CRM architectures to eliminate technical debt, with attention to clean code, scalable logic, and maintainable workflows.
- • Bonus: Experience using LLMs or AI prompt engineering for dynamic content personalization, or transforming chaotic CRM setups into modular, scalable systems.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Equity in Almedia for all Berlin-based employees.
- • Central Berlin office with fully-stocked modern workspace designed for collaboration.
- • Transport subsidy, daily breakfasts and lunches, language learning support, and Urban Sports Club membership.
- • Bonus structure and salary range of €75K – €90K.
