- • The PDO Operations Analyst role at Healthfirst, Inc. is responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across provider data operations by analyzing workflows, identifying inconsistencies, and implementing scalable solutions to enhance onboarding, reconciliation, and overall operational performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing provider data workflows to identify inefficiencies and process gaps, performing data reconciliation across systems (PDM, Atlas, MHS, HRP), participating in QA/UAT testing, preparing reports and dashboards on performance metrics, and developing training materials and standard operating procedures to support team effectiveness.
- • Healthfirst is a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on improving access to quality care; the Operations Analyst works within the Optimization Team to support provider data integrity and operational excellence through data-driven process improvements.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced Excel and data analysis skills, gain experience in healthcare operations and provider data management, strengthen cross-functional collaboration abilities, and build expertise in process optimization, quality assurance, and operational reporting—positioning them for growth in healthcare operations or data analytics careers.
