đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the strategy and execution for one of Alan’s three core business segments: Tech, Industry, or New Segments, with the goal of achieving market leadership in your assigned category.
- • Develop and articulate a clear, data-informed vision for your segment, grounded in deep market intelligence including customer pain points, competitive analysis, and market sizing.
- • Define the optimal value proposition and pricing strategy for your segment to differentiate Alan’s offering and drive sustainable growth.
- • Own the full P&L for your segment, including profitability analysis, resource allocation, and ROI justification for internal investment decisions.

- • Collaborate transversally with Product, Insurance, Sales, and Marketing teams to align segment priorities with product development, customer experience, and operational execution.
- • Work directly with product teams to influence product roadmaps based on real-world market insights, ensuring offerings meet the specific needs of your segment’s clients.
- • Share best practices and align strategies with other Business Segment Leads to build organizational coherence and accelerate collective learning across segments.
- • Continuously analyze quantitative and qualitative data to build a 360-degree view of your segment’s performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- • Operate with autonomy and distributed ownership, making strategic decisions in ambiguous environments without relying on centralized command structures.

- • Engage directly with field teams and clients when necessary to understand on-the-ground realities and support execution.
- • Translate complex market dynamics into clear, actionable strategic plans that guide cross-functional teams toward unified objectives.
- • Drive innovation in distribution models, sub-segment targeting, and partnership structures to uncover new growth opportunities within your segment.
- • Represent your segment internally to senior leadership, advocating for resources and strategic priorities based on data, market feedback, and financial outcomes.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on prevention-based healthcare as the core of Alan’s mission, ensuring all segment strategies advance the vision of health as a daily, built-up right rather than a reactive repair.

- • Proven ability to exert transversal influence across functions without direct authority
- • Experience analyzing and leveraging data to build comprehensive market insights
