📋 Description

• • As a Business Segment Lead at Alan SAS, you will drive market leadership for a specific client segment—Tech, Industry, or New Segments—by shaping vision, strategy, and execution to strengthen Alan’s position as a vertically integrated health partner uniting insurance and smart healthcare delivery.
• • Day to day, you will conduct market intelligence on quantitative sizing and qualitative customer needs, define differentiated value propositions and pricing, develop go-to-market strategies for renewal and expansion, own P&L performance and resource allocation, and collaborate with Product, Insurance, Sales, and Marketing teams to align product development with market insights.
