• • The Business Solutions Architect at Endpoint Clinical Inc. is responsible for creating and managing requirements and technical documentation for Interactive Response Technology (IRT) projects, ensuring systems are built and updated to meet clinical trial protocol needs.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients, Project Managers, and technical teams to translate clinical trial requirements into functional specifications, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle, and supporting the successful implementation of IRT solutions via the PULSE® platform.
