  • • The Business Solutions Manager – Medical Device and Automotive drives qualification, scoping, estimation, and proposal generation of implementation & advisory services using value selling techniques in the Medical Device and Automotive verticals.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting customers and partners on outcome alignment, verifying scope by analyzing current vs. future state business needs, positioning PTC’s adoption and advisory services, and managing complex sales cycles from business champions to C-suite executives.
  • • The role collaborates closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services Market Leadership, and Partner Services teams to develop optimal Statements of Work (SOWs) that meet customer objectives and drive satisfaction and expansion.
  • • PTC is a global leader in software that bridges the physical and digital worlds, empowering companies to improve operations, create better products, and empower people, with a team of nearly 7,000 committed to inclusivity, growth, and innovation.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in value-based selling, enterprise solution scoping, and cross-functional deal management while contributing to customer success in high-impact industries like medical devices and automotive.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and partner constituencies including alliance, product sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and senior-level executives
  • • Proven experience selling services and working in scoping projects and creating statements of work
  • • Strong history of operating effectively in the FA&D and EHT verticals (Factory Automation & Discrete and Electronics, High Tech)
  • • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • • Previous experience in a sales quota-carrying role
  • • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
