- • The Business Strategy Analyst at bswift will focus on building, maintaining, and improving operational and business intelligence reporting, transforming manual processes into automated dashboards that deliver real-time insights to business leaders.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, owning recurring operational and monthly reporting, automating manual reporting workflows, extracting and analyzing data from sources like Salesforce, HRIS systems (e.g., ADP), and Excel, partnering with operational leaders to translate needs into BI solutions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting ad-hoc data requests across teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report creation and data modeling.
- • Working knowledge of SQL (junior to intermediate level).
- • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Ability to manage recurring deliverables and prioritize work independently.
