- • As a Senior Business Strategy Analyst in Member Experience Analytics at USAA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of member service experiences by bridging deep analytics with strategic foresight to drive higher member satisfaction and value.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business assumptions and hypotheses, refine analytical frameworks, evaluate strategic insights related to P&L performance, and translate data-driven problem-solving techniques, translate findings into actionable insights for senior leaders, and may provide guidance and training to team members while ensuring risk and compliance adherence.
- • You will join USAA’s Member Value team, part of an organization dedicated to empowering the military community through financial security, exceptional service, and trusted advice, guided by core values of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and service.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic planning, advanced data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling you to influence business decisions, drive member experience improvements, and grow as a trusted strategic advisor within a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
- • 6 years of data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 6 years.
- • Experience identifying business needs and managing strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.
- • Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights and influence business decisions.
- • Experience performing complex data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, or Adobe Analytics.
- • Demonstrated experience in project management.
