• • The Business Systems Analyst III (Data Reporting) serves as a critical liaison between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of new and enhanced processes, products, and services on time and within budget by translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining user stories and requirements, managing prioritized backlogs with Product Owners, adhering to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), mentoring team members on Agile best practices, performing data mapping and modeling, developing complex SQL queries, documenting functional and technical specifications, leading research and analysis for decision-making support, and driving department initiatives with limited supervision.
