- • Own end-to-end management of HR and Finance systems of record, including Rippling, Deel, NetSuite, and future payroll/expense/procurement platforms, ensuring configuration, data integrity, access controls, and lifecycle management.
- • Serve as the primary systems owner for HR and Finance teams, partnering with them to uphold process ownership while ensuring platform integrity, data governance, and compliance controls.
- • Define and drive data contracts and integration requirements for engineering teams to unify fragmented HR and finance systems into a single, trusted source of truth.
- • Lead the end-to-end migration, selection, and adoption work streams for HR and finance systems, with primary focus on the highest-complexity system: NetSuite.
- • Establish and maintain critical controls including segregation of duties, audit readiness, and data traceability to meet global compliance standards such as GDPR and PIPL.
- • Ensure data leadership and reporting accuracy across HR and Finance operations, enabling trusted decision-making for leadership and audit teams.
- • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to support international HR and finance operations, ensuring system alignment with regional regulatory and operational needs.
- • Drive data migration and cleanup initiatives to eliminate silos, reduce redundancy, and standardize data structures across HR and finance platforms.
- • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders (HR, Finance) and technical teams (engineering, data), translating complex operational needs into clear technical specifications.
- • Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, HIPAA, and EN 18031 standards through system design, access protocols, and audit documentation.
- • Enable scalable growth by designing systems that support Plaud’s global expansion and increasing employee base across international entities.
- • Champion continuous improvement of HR and finance systems by identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual work, and enhancing user experience for internal teams.
- • Provide training and documentation to HR and Finance users on system functionality, best practices, and compliance protocols.
- • Monitor system performance, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure uptime, security, and feature alignment with business needs.
- • Contribute to the broader intelligence infrastructure vision by ensuring HR and finance systems integrate seamlessly with Plaud’s AI-powered productivity ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in business systems or enterprise applications, owning HR and/or finance systems of record at a scaling company
- • Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Rippling (implementation and administration), with strong understanding of finance and HR processes
- • Proven track record of unifying fragmented, business-led systems into a governed single source of truth, including data migration and cleanup
- • Skilled at defining integration requirements and data contracts, and partnering effectively with engineering teams to deliver them
- • Fluency in controls and compliance practices including segregation of duties, audit readiness, GDPR, and PIPL
- • Comfortable operating across global entities and multiple time zones
