- • The Business Systems Analystealth’s application product life cycle by analyzing business needs, gathering specifications, and translating them into detailed requirements for new or enhanced capabilities within a sub-product scope.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with customers, software engineers, and architects to capture capability needs, creating business cases and cost analyses, developing test cases, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring quality delivery of solutions.
- • The role operates within Highmark Health’s technology and mentoring junior staff, a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on improving health outcomes through innovative technology and data-driven solutions.
- • The analyst will deepen expertise in healthcare IT systems, strengthen analytical and Agile practices, mentor junior team members, and advance their professional track through hands-on work with Oracle PL/SQL and full lifecycle delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- • 3–5 years of experience in IS/IT environments
- • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for hands-on data analysis, including developing and executing complex queries
