- • The Business Systems Analyst serves as a critical liaison between business units and IT, defining, evaluating, and validating requirements for small to moderately complex business issues within their domain, ensuring technical solutions align with operational needs and minimize system impacts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support and expertise to resolve production issues, conducting triage and root cause analysis, coordinating testing efforts, configuring system tables and data elements, and supporting IT with software upgrades, security changes, and project initiatives.
- • The role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams to elicit and document requirements, prepare functional specifications, act as a business lead on departmental projects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in related field if no degree)
- • 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, IT support, or a related functional/technical role
- • Experience with system configuration, testing coordination, and issue resolution in production environments
