📋 Description

• Design and architect scalable enterprise business systems that support critical finance, accounting, and supply chain operations across Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert to business and technical leaders, aligning technology solutions with organizational goals and transformational outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and validate complex system solutions that optimize end-to-end workflows and data flow across enterprise ecosystems.
• Facilitate change management initiatives for enterprise business systems, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to core operations.
• Partner with Information Services leadership and external vendors to evaluate, select, and integrate technology solutions that meet business needs and architectural standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Business Systems Analysts, strengthening functional and technical capabilities across the team.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs and system capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and integration within finance, accounting, and supply chain environments.
• Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to shape the future-state architecture of enterprise business applications.
• Participate in Customer Advisory Boards and User Groups to influence product development and ensure vendor solutions align with organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with governance and change control processes for all system enhancements and enterprise-wide implementations.
• Monitor and support production systems, providing leadership in resolving high-complexity technical and business issues impacting financial and operational workflows.
• Promote outstanding end-user support by upholding service level agreements and fostering a customer-centered approach to incident management and resolution.
• Build and maintain strong networks with peer organizations to share expertise, best practices, and innovative approaches to enterprise business systems.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture that aligns with organizational values and drives shared success.
• Lead the identification and prioritization of high-value strategic initiatives in partnership with business owners and organizational leadership.
• Deliver presentations and thought leadership within user communities, conferences, and professional organizations to advance industry knowledge and organizational reputation.
• Leverage enterprise resources and peer networks to disseminate specialized knowledge across supported business areas and elevate organizational capability.
• Monitor team workload, resource allocation, and priorities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational demands.
• Model and promote adherence to change management policies and procedures, reinforcing organizational standards and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Demonstrated leadership in Quality Assurance efforts aligned with established methodologies
• Deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems, including upstream and downstream system dependencies
• Proven hands-on experience supporting Finance and Accounting functions, including financial systems, general ledger, budgeting, and reporting
• Practical experience working within Supply Chain environments, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor management
