Business Systems Manager, Life Sciences

📋 Description

• • As a Business Systems Manager for Life Sciences at Datavant, you will own and evolve the systems that power how the Life Sciences vertical operates, serving as the embedded systems owner responsible for platform architecture, workflow design, integrations, and operational reporting.
• • Day to day, you will serve as the primary owner and architect of a platform such as Monday.com for the Life Sciences business, leading migration and consolidation of legacy tools, designing scalable system architecture, building dashboards and reporting with Operations and Finance, translating business processes into intuitive workflows, designing and overseeing integrations with core systems, establishing structured intake and prioritization processes for system enhancements, and enforcing data integrity, access controls, and enterprise security standards.
