  • • As a Business Travel Consultant - GDS at Perk.com Inc., you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional travel support to B2B customers, directly impacting customer satisfaction, retention, and the company’s mission to eliminate shadow work and empower real work through intelligent travel and spend management solutions.
  • • You will leverage your Amadeus GDS expertise to manage complex business travel itineraries, resolve booking issues, and ensure seamless experiences for corporate travelers across flights, hotels, trains, and car rentals, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver in high-stakes travel scenarios.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include working in Amadeus to support B2B customers with their business travel needs, liaising with suppliers and partners to resolve booking discrepancies, maintaining 7-Star satisfaction standards by exceeding customer expectations, and proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact travelers.
  • • You will resolve problems by applying established Perk policies and procedures while also demonstrating initiative and creativity when standard solutions fall short, documenting customer feedback to drive service improvements, and supporting team goals related to retention and satisfaction in the North American market.
  • • Collaboration is key: you will help define and establish best practices alongside teams in sales, operations, and customer care, stay current with Perk’s frequent product innovations, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.
  • • You will operate in a hybrid environment at Perk’s Chicago headquarters, working three days per week in-office (with five days during onboarding and ramp-up), on rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with fixed 4-week shift patterns for stability and flexible weekend availability as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience working with Amadeus GDS for flights, hotels, cars, and trains (equivalent GDS experience considered)
  • • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with familiarity in North American business culture and customer expectations
  • • Demonstrated background in the business travel industry with a track record of going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
