- • As a Business Travel Consultant specializing in GDS systems, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to B2B customers by managing complex travel bookings and resolving issues with empathy and technical precision, directly contributing to customer retention and Perk’s mission of eliminating shadow work in business travel.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working in Amadeus to support B2B customers with flights, hotels, cars, and trains; liaising with suppliers and partners to resolve booking discrepancies; proactively anticipating and solving travel-related issues before they impact the traveler; documenting and sharing customer feedback to improve service delivery; supporting team goals for NAM market retention and satisfaction; collaborating with sales, operations, and customer care to define best practices; and staying current with Perk’s product innovations to provide informed, up-to-date support.
- • You will join a global, mission-driven Customer Care team that is foundational to Perk’s success, operating with a culture of ownership, 7-star service standards, and cross-functional collaboration, where your expertise in GDS and business travel will be valued as a key enabler of seamless customer experiences across North America.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Amadeus GDS and enterprise travel management, develop advanced problem-solving and customer advocacy skills, gain exposure to SaaS-driven travel innovation, and have the opportunity to influence service standards and best practices while working alongside a diverse, high-performing team committed to continuous learning and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience working with Amadeus GDS for flights, hotels, cars, and trains (equivalent GDS experience accepted)
- • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with familiarity in North American business culture and customer expectations
- • Demonstrated background in the business travel industry with a track record of going above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service
- • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, adapt to change with a positive mindset, and learn quickly in a tech-savvy environment
- • Honest, trustworthy, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for travel and a focus on team success over individual gain
- • Availability to work rotational shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, including flexible weekend availability, and willingness to attend onsite onboarding in Chicago for the first week
