• • The Business Unit Systems Analyst serves as a key connector between business strategy and technology, translating complex business needs into execution-ready requirements to drive innovation, delivery excellence, and operational readiness in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end user story creation, leading backlog refinement, supporting UAT and release readiness, defining configuration logic, providing Tier 2 production support, and collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable digital platforms.
