- • As a CA Lien Negotiator and Hearing Representative at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in resolving California Workers’ Compensation medical liens by negotiating settlements and representing client employers at hearings before judicial bodies, directly impacting financial outcomes and legal compliance for injured workers and employers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing lien negotiations, reviewing upcoming hearings and preparing documentation, representing clients in legal proceedings, updating company files from state records, developing training materials, mentoring new and existing team members, assisting in policy development, and completing special projects as needed—all while maintaining accuracy and adherence to procedural standards.
