  • • The Campaign Execution Specialist supports the Global Marketing department in developing, executing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns that advance IJM’s mission to protect vulnerable people from violence worldwide.
  • • Day to day, the role involves providing hands-on support for campaign planning, coordination, and delivery; assisting in cross-channel campaign execution; supporting concept and creative brief development; gathering performance data; adapting campaign elements based on results; ensuring brand consistency; supporting launches and activations; coordinating timelines and workflows; implementing stakeholder feedback; collaborating with creatives, marketers, fundraisers, and external partners; supporting insight-led content development; working cross-functionally across digital, content, creative, experiential, and regional teams; communicating campaign goals and deliverables; using internal tools to track progress; proactively flagging risks; supporting campaign-linked events; coordinating event materials; and participating in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
  • • IJM is a global leader in protecting vulnerable people from violence, with over 1,200 professionals working in more than 30 offices worldwide. This role reports to the Global Director, Campaigns & Creative and is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays in Washington, DC) or fully remote for non-local candidates.
  • • In this role, the person will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign execution within a global nonprofit context, develop skills in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination, deepen understanding of integrated marketing and brand activation, contribute to impactful campaigns that reduce violence and slavery, and grow in a culture that values spiritual formation, staff care, and mission-aligned work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaigns, communications, or creative environments (agency or in-house)
  • • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Industries, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and creative processes
  • • Understanding of marketing and campaign workflows
  • • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • • Comfort working with briefs, timelines, and project tools
  • • Familiarity with digital and social campaign channels
  • • Basic creative or design literacy preferred
  • • Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed
