📋 Description

• • As a Campaign Manager at Notion Labs, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline and revenue by designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns for mid-market and enterprise accounts, directly supporting the company’s land-and-expand business model.
• • You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of account-based marketing initiatives, including direct mail, ecosystem co-marketing, and sales-assist programs, working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and BizTech teams to align efforts and measure impact.
• • Notion is a fast-growing productivity platform used by millions, from individuals to global enterprises like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, with a culture that values in-person collaboration on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) and empowers employees to build tools that simplify work.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the buyer journey, refine targeting strategies, influence revenue outcomes, and gain hands-on experience scaling innovative go-to-market motions in a high-impact, cross-functional environment.
