🎯 Requirements

- • Proven experience in creator negotiation, contracting, and managing user-generated content (UGC) intended for paid boosting.
- • Strong written communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders across creators, clients, and internal teams.
- • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, with a track record of juggling multiple projects at speed while maintaining high standards.
- • Deep cultural competency and awareness of UK/Europe social media trends, creator culture, and digital marketing dynamics.
