📋 Description

• • As a Campaign Operations Manager at Stripe, you will serve as the crucial "engine" for global demand campaigns, ensuring operational rigor and process standardization through scalable, end-to-end workflows while driving AI-powered transformation of the campaign lifecycle.
• • You will collaborate with global, regional, and channel teams to architect and implement scalable operating models for the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization—while monitoring and analyzing the campaign production "supply chain" to drive efficiency gains.
• • You will join Stripe’s global demand campaigns team, which is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns that build awareness and engagement for Stripe’s audiences, solutions, and products worldwide, operating within a mission-driven company focused on increasing the GDP of the internet.
• • You will have the opportunity to lead the development and rollout of AI automation roadmaps, evaluate and implement new tooling, track and report on key operational metrics, and influence cross-functional stakeholders while building scalable processes in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
