- ⢠The Campaign Operations Team undertakes specialist responsibilities in driving billupsā business forward, developing and nurturing client and partner relationships.
- ⢠As part of our Client Services function, the Campaign Ops Manager - role collaborates closely with reports, peers, Account Director(s) and Senior Account Director(s).
- ⢠The Campaign Ops Manager will be responsible for managing key clients and line reports, advocating and implementing billupsā regional mission/vision/purpose, strategies, platform and services, across your clients.
- ⢠The role will also involve client and partner delivery, by being a point of daily servicing contact, managing requests and expectations proactively, and ensuring our strategic and executional delivery against KPIs exceeds expectations.
- ⢠The Campaign Ops Manager will help Account Director(s) and Senior Account Director(s) identify ways of delivering organic and diversified revenue growth; converting these.
- ⢠The role will also involve managing supplier relationships on a daily basis, regarding the development and execution of industry-leading OOH planning.
- ⢠The Campaign Ops Manager will collaborate with the Investment Team regarding trade deal alignment and optimization across markets and vendors.
- ⢠The role will involve responsibility for the day-to-day management of key clients, effectively servicing them and proactively contributing to growing client and agency business.
- ⢠The Campaign Ops Manager will manage billupsā delivery in responding to your clientsā servicing needs, including all creative, technical and production requirements.
- ⢠The role will also involve managing billupsā delivery in ensuring the smooth booking of media campaigns for your clients.
- ⢠The Campaign Ops Manager will manage billupsā delivery in ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients - ensuring campaign start dates are tracked and that everything is ready to go live on time; ensuring liaison with relevant vendors for management of artwork delivery and approval processes.
- ⢠The role will involve managing campaign reporting for your clients - overseeing access to āProof of Posting (POP)ā and Campaign Attribution, ensuring this is received by clients and / or their agencies in a timely fashion.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠3-5 years' required media experience.
- ⢠A strong knowledge of the OOH media landscape, production or creative industry demonstrating a knowledgeable opinion on client and supplier news and activity.
- ⢠Proven experience of successfully managing line reports. Delivering the highest standards of client service levels.
- ⢠A commercial mindset with the confidence to apply this within your work and elicit similar in your line reports.
- ⢠Some experience prospecting, researching and data mining for business leads and opportunities.
- ⢠Wide experience at negotiating time and budget in order to execute campaigns to a high standard when navigating project challenges.
