  • • As a Campaigns Manager at Vanta, you will manage the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region, turning key GTM moments into pipeline across multiple segments and markets.
  • • You will build and execute integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies across email, paid digital, lifecycle, and events; develop region-specific campaigns for early stage, growth stage, commercial+, and emerging market segments; own MQL, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates; partner with Sales and SDR teams; collaborate with US-based marketing and Product Marketing teams; execute sponsorship media buys and support event marketing; manage campaign calendar and budget; provide regular performance updates to leadership; and apply AI to improve briefs, iteration, and personalization.
  • • You will join a kind and talented Growth Marketing team at Vanta that is committed to a data-driven approach, working closely across Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition, with offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling marketing presence across APJ, mastering full-funnel campaign execution, optimizing ROI through data-driven insights, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging AI responsibly to enhance marketing impact and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, Communications or relevant field.
  • • 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with proven experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple segments (SMB, commercial, and enterprise).
  • • Track record of owning integrated programs (email, paid, lifecycle, events) from brief to execution to results.
  • • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills—you spot what's working, what's not, and what needs to change before anyone asks.
  • • Experience working across multiple market segments and adapting campaign strategies to different audience needs.
  • • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce.
  • • Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
  • • Proven ability to collaborate with global marketing teams to localize and execute regional campaigns.
  • • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
