- • Coordinate, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across North America targeting public safety and government markets using email automation, paid/organic social media, events, and digital media.
- • Draft and refine compelling marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social media posts, and sales enablement assets tailored to government audiences.
- • Partner with Field Marketing Managers, Vertical Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations, Product teams, and Sales leadership to align campaigns with business priorities and sales objectives.
- • Monitor campaign performance metrics and lead flows to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend real-time optimizations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Support the management and tracking of the North America campaign budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenditures remain within allocated limits.
- • Equip Global Government sales teams with campaign tools, messaging guidelines, and collateral to enable successful follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
- • Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple campaign tactics simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- • Apply analytical skills to interpret marketing data and spreadsheets, translating insights into actionable campaign adjustments.
- • Demonstrate strong copywriting abilities to produce clear, engaging, and persuasive short-form content across digital channels.
- • Adapt proactively to market shifts by testing creative new marketing approaches and responding to evolving campaign needs.
- • Maintain familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support campaign execution.
- • Contribute to budget literacy by understanding and adhering to financial constraints and tracking spending against campaign goals.
- • Work remotely from Arizona while collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America and globally.
- • Operate under a travel requirement of under 10% for occasional in-person meetings or events.
- • Report to the Direct Marketing Organization, contributing to marketing-led pipeline growth aligned with Global Government sales strategies.
