📋 Description
- • Build and maintain core frontend features using Svelte, TypeScript, and modern web tooling for a wholesale distribution software platform.
- • Own large, complex UI projects end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, polish, and performance optimization.
- • Collaborate closely with product designers and backend engineers to translate intricate supply-chain business logic into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- • Shape and evolve the company’s design system and component libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and development speed across the product.
- • Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and reliability across all major browsers and devices to support thousands of daily users.
- • Review code and provide constructive feedback to raise the technical bar of the frontend engineering team.
- • Mentor junior and mid-level frontend engineers to foster growth and maintain high standards of code quality and user experience.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of frontend development practices, tooling, and workflows in a remote-first, async environment.
- • Deliver highly usable, performant web applications that simplify complex workflows in industries such as electrical supplies, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC distribution.
- • Ensure all interfaces are accessible, responsive, and aligned with user needs through empathy-driven design and iterative feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack engineering
- • Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- • Proven experience shipping complex, data-driven web applications in production
- • Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and API integration patterns
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote, async environment
- • Experience with frontend performance optimization
