- • As a Card Fraud Specialist at Connexus Credit Union, you will play a critical role in protecting members from financial fraud by investigating and resolving debit card disputes in compliance with Regulation E, directly contributing to member trust and financial security.
- • Day to day, you will receive and analyze card disputes, process Reg E claims, conduct call backs for suspicious activity, troubleshoot debit card issues, answer member inquiries, review Velera reports, initiate outbound calls for documentation, and collaborate with internal teams, financial institutions, and law enforcement to resolve fraud cases.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of related experience
- • Experience in financial institutions
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (documents, spreadsheets, email) and ability to enter/retrieve information in various applications/systems
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to gather, analyze information skillfully and document findings in clear, concise reports
- • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work accurately under time frames with minimal supervision
