  • • As a Care Center Representative at Modivcare Inc., you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support to individuals and families during critical moments by responding to medical alerts and emergency calls, ensuring timely and appropriate responses that bring peace of mind.
  • • Day to day, you will answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor high-volume medical alerts, provide empathetic customer support using both scripted and non-scripted responses, record call details and dispatches in real-time, verify and update customer information, troubleshoot alarm systems, and proactively recommend preventative healthcare services while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • • You will be part of VRI, a Modivcare company dedicated to delivering life-saving support services nationwide, where teamwork, empathy, and reliability are valued in a mission-driven environment focused on improving health outcomes and safety for vulnerable populations.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong communication and crisis response skills, gain experience in healthcare customer service and medical alert systems, build proficiency in multitasking across multiple systems, and have the opportunity to grow within a stable organization that values employee development and long-term career growth.
