- • As a Care Expert at Alan, you will serve as the trusted guide for members navigating the French healthcare system, transforming complex inquiries into clear, compassionate, and timely support that directly improves health outcomes and member satisfaction. Your role is central to Alan’s mission of making prevention the new norm of care by turning health benefits from a cost centre into a strategic asset for employers.
- • Day to day, you will: provide empathetic, accurate, and swift responses to member inquiries via email, chat, and phone (call-back only); master the intricacies of the French healthcare system and Alan’s B2B offerings to deliver tailored guidance; document interactions thoroughly to ensure continuity of care and compliance; proactively identify member needs and suggest preventive solutions; collaborate with clinical and product teams to escalate complex cases and improve service design; maintain high standards of clarity, transparency, and empathy in every interaction; and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing.
- • You will join a mission-driven Care team of over 700 Alaners across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, where radical transparency, distributed ownership, and continuous growth are not just values but daily practices. The team operates with high autonomy, deep collaboration, and a shared obsession with delivering delightful, member-centric experiences that reduce friction in healthcare access.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare navigation, member experience design, and process improvement — gaining the opportunity to lead impactful Care projects that shape Alan’s service delivery. You’ll grow into a trusted advisor and potential leader, building skills in stakeholder management, data-informed decision-making, and team mentorship while contributing to Alan’s vision of helping people live in good health to 100.
🎯 Requirements
- • Full working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- • Natural empathy, calm presence, and genuine passion for helping others solve health-related challenges
- • Comfort navigating digital tools and technology across multiple communication channels (email, chat, phone)
- • Ability to take initiative, turn ideas into action, and thrive in collaborative, feedback-rich environments
- • Fiscal residence in France (required for employment)
