📋 Description

• As a Care Expert at Alan, you will be the trusted guide for members, transforming their healthcare requests into delightful experiences by providing meaningful solutions, swift responses, accurate information, and transparent guidance across email, chat, and phone.
• You will spend 80% of your time delivering exceptional member support and 20% leading innovative Care projects, such as designing member empowerment initiatives, improving team structures, or driving product innovations, allowing you to shape the future of care at Alan.
• You will join a mission-driven team of 800+ people building the new standard in prevention insurance, where health is treated as something to build daily, not just repair, serving over 1M members across 40K+ partner companies.
• You will deepen your expertise in the French healthcare system and B2B partner needs while growing through Alan’s coaching culture, transparent communication, and opportunities to take initiative, collaborate, and develop both personally and professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Full working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Confidence navigating technology and embracing digital tools
• Natural empathy and calm presence in member interactions across email, chat, and phone
• Passion for helping others and solving member challenges
• Comfort taking initiative and turning ideas into action
• Bonus: Prior understanding of the French healthcare system (training provided)
