📋 Description

• As a Care Expert at Alan, you will serve as a trusted guide for members, transforming their healthcare requests into seamless, human-centered experiences by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support across email, chat, and phone.
• You will spend 80% of your time delivering exceptional member support and 20% leading innovative Care projects, such as designing member empowerment initiatives, improving team structures, or driving process excellence through data-informed improvements.
• You’ll deepen your expertise in the French healthcare system and the needs of B2B clients, positioning yourself at the intersection of insurance, healthcare delivery, and member experience within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
• Alan is a vertically integrated health partner serving over 950K members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, with a team of 700+ people dedicated to making prevention the new norm of care and turning health benefits into a strategic asset for employers.

🎯 Requirements

• Full working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to support member interactions
• Natural empathy and calm presence when engaging with members across all communication channels
• Ability to take initiative and turn ideas into action in a collaborative setting
• Residency in France (fiscal requirement)
