📋 Description

• We're seeking an experienced Career Coach to work with clients navigating career planning, job searching, and professional growth.
• This role includes helping clients with general exploration of career paths, developing job search strategies, and leveraging AI-powered job search tools to work more efficiently.
• Coaches also support clients with resume review and cover letter guidance, interview prep, personal branding, and professional networking, along with broader networking strategy, salary negotiation, and leadership development.
• Additional support includes skill building and guidance for those pursuing freelancing opportunities.
• Ideal candidates have hands-on experience guiding professionals through career transitions and growth (as a career coach, recruiter, or industry professional), a strong understanding of today's job market, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both practical job search tactics and long-term career development.
• Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
