• • As a Carrier Operations Fraud Analyst at Independence American Insurance Co, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of insurance operations by leading fraud investigations and ensuring compliance with state regulations and filed fraud plans for IAIC and IPIC carriers.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading fraud investigations of referrals, managing annual Special Investigations Unit (SIU) reporting to state regulators, collaborating with administrators and law enforcement to detect and prevent fraud, facilitating SIU Committee meetings, maintaining fraud training programs, auditing compliance, and developing process documentation to support operational integrity.
• • You will join the Carrier Operations team within Independence Pet Group, a corporate holding company managing a diverse portfolio of pet health brands and services across North America, dedicated to improving pet well-being through innovative insurance and support solutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in insurance fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and SIU program management while developing leadership skills in process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory reporting—positioning you for advancement in fraud analytics, compliance, or carrier operations leadership.
