- • The Carrier Provisioning Representative at Birch Finance Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of telecommunications services by managing the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for Access, Local Number Portability (LNP), and Toll-Free services. This role is essential to maintaining service reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across a complex, multi-carrier environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing and managing orders for LNP (port-in and port-out), Toll-Free (TF/YF) provisioning and routing updates, and Access services such as Ethernet, DIA, and Broadband; submitting accurate orders to carriers and vendors with complete required information; owning the full order lifecycle from submission through completion, including tracking progress, monitoring milestones, and ensuring adherence to committed due dates; performing or supporting service validation via test calls, turn-up confirmation, and routing validation; maintaining accurate and timely updates in OSS and tracking tools; proactively following up with carriers and vendors to drive order progress and resolve delays; coordinating across multiple carriers for porting, circuit delivery, and toll-free routing; identifying risks, delays, or discrepancies that may impact service delivery and escalating issues appropriately; providing clear, concise status updates to internal teams supporting customer communication; partnering with cross-functional teams such as Service Delivery, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful delivery; and responding to inquiries within team queues or shared mailboxes in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- • Three (3) or more years of experience in telecommunications provisioning, service delivery, or related operations.
- • Experience in one or more of the following: Access/circuit provisioning (Ethernet, DIA, Broadband), LNP/porting processes, Toll-Free (TF/YF) routing and provisioning.
- • Experience working with multiple carriers and vendor portals.
- • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex orders simultaneously.
- • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
