• • In this pivotal role as a Case Data Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of information between the critical work performed by Finch and the case management systems utilized by our esteemed partner firms. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously maintain the integrity and accuracy of data, ensuring that our internal Case Management System (CMS) is consistently up-to-date and functioning with optimal efficiency. This role demands a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to precision, as you will be the guardian of our case data, empowering our teams with reliable information to make informed and confident strategic decisions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the operational excellence that underpins our ability to deliver superior legal services.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks focused on data upkeep and accuracy. You will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate updating of our partner firms' CMS with all completed tasks related to ongoing claims. This includes, but is not limited to, meticulously logging progress on medical records retrieval, police report acquisition, and any other firm-specific documentation or procedural requirements. Maintaining absolute consistency and accuracy across all platforms is paramount; you will ensure that our internal Finch application data precisely mirrors the information within the firm's CMS, preventing any discrepancies or data drift.
• • A key aspect of this role involves real-time monitoring of task updates. You will actively track and manage changes as they occur, guaranteeing that all case-related information is current, precise, and readily accessible. This proactive approach is vital for maintaining operational momentum and ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date case status. Furthermore, you will engage in collaborative problem-solving, working closely with your colleagues within the Legal Operations team and other departments to identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise in the case management updates. Your ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a cohesive unit will be essential in overcoming these challenges.
• • Meticulous record-keeping is another core function of this position. You will maintain detailed and organized logs of all updates, modifications, and changes made within the CMS. This documentation serves as a crucial audit trail and a reference point for process improvement.
