  • • The Case Management Specialist role at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. is essential for ensuring timely and accurate handling of workers’ compensation, disability, and liability cases in compliance with state laws, directly supporting injured workers and operational efficiency.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include accessing and assigning cases for medical management, triaging incoming calls, entering and maintaining claims data in the system, scheduling medical appointments and diagnostic tests, coordinating care through PPO networks, gathering statistics, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory documentation is properly filed and distributed.
