  • • As a Cash Collection Specialist at Contentsquare SAS in Cairo, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely recovery of receivables and supporting sustainable cash flow across international markets. This position is vital to the Order-to-Cash function, directly impacting the company’s liquidity, working capital efficiency, and ability to reinvest in growth initiatives within a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
  • • You will manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts across multiple regions, driving proactive collection efforts through structured follow-ups via phone, email, and formal written communication in both English and French. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building strong customer relationships to accelerate payments, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve billing disputes, monitoring credit exposure, and escalating risks when necessary. You will contribute to monthly cash collection targets, help reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), maintain accurate and up-to-date collection records, and prepare regular performance reports on account status and key risk areas.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 to 5 years of experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or credit control
  • • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
  • • Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
