- • As a Category Manager for Non-Food at Rohlik Group SE’s Kifli.hu, you will directly influence what customers regularly purchase and how they experience online grocery shopping across Central Europe’s leading platform.
- • Day to day, you will own the commercial performance of assigned Non-Food categories, lead supplier negotiations and category reviews, collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain on promotions and stock levels, contribute to category strategy and Joint Business Plans, support new product and seasonal launches, and analyze supplier and internal data on availability, pricing, and market trends.
- • You will join a fast-growing, data-driven love brand with over one million customers across five countries, where decisions are made quickly based on insights rather than hierarchy, and where quality, convenience, and trust define the customer experience.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in e-commerce category management, strengthen your negotiation and analytical skills, drive measurable impact on sales, margin, and customer satisfaction, and grow professionally within a scaling organization that values ownership and real impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of experience in category management or buying
- • Experience with Non-Food categories such as Home, Office, Paper Goods or Chemical Goods
- • Proven track record of growing categories and delivering commercial results in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce
- • Strong negotiation skills, data-driven mindset, and strategic thinking
- • Fluent Hungarian and communicative English (B2)
