- • Lead client-specific OneStream Administrative and Managed Services engagements, including daily Helpdesk support, Application Performance Monitoring, Month End Close and Consolidation Tasks, Budget/Forecast Tasks, Enhanced/New Report development, and Client Training and Documentation.
- • Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective OneStream solutions by translating client business requirements into specific OneStream functionality and configurations.
- • Assist in client workshops to define implementation strategy, educate clients on OneStream technology trends, and deliver best practices for Corporate Performance Management.
- • Lead or assist implementation teams in executing full-cycle OneStream implementations, ensuring timely completion of functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, and project reviews.
- • Define integration requirements and collaborate with external integration teams to interface OneStream with other applications and systems.
- • Deliver high-quality implementation outcomes by leading engagement quality assurance efforts and ensuring adherence to Riveron’s delivery methodology and project management standards.
- • Provide technical support for OneStream environments, including vb.net, Visual Basic, or C# business rule writing, and data modeling using Microsoft Office products.
- • Support clients in understanding consolidated financial statements and corporate finance processes including financial close, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
- • Apply broad knowledge of OneStream Marketplace solutions to enhance client implementations and deliver tailored financial performance management solutions.
- • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including client leadership and internal teams, through verbal, written, and oral presentations to make actionable recommendations.
- • Maintain and leverage OneStream certifications as required to ensure technical proficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- • Work closely with financial and technical project teams to deliver OneStream implementations and managed services aligned with client objectives and Riveron’s DELTA values.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Riveron’s OneStream service offerings through innovation, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the Technology and Innovation practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- • 5+ years of implementation or optimization experience with OneStream or other CPM solutions (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive)
- • Completed multiple full-cycle OneStream implementations or equivalent CPM implementations
- • OneStream Certifications required
- • Experience with vb.net, Visual Basic, or C# for business rule writing
- • Understanding of consolidated financial statements and corporate finance processes (financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation)
